Privacy Policy

Protecting Your Business Data

At A4 LOGIX TRADE, we handle sensitive information—trade secrets, buyer addresses, and pricing data. We take your privacy very seriously. This policy explains how Archana Dubey’s team handles the data you provide at our Lucknow office or through our website.

1. Data We Collect

To move your cargo, we need:

  • Identity Data: GST certificates, IEC (Import Export Code), and Aadhar/Passport of the authorized person.
  • Transaction Data: Invoices of the goods being shipped (this is required by Customs).
  • Digital Data: IP addresses when you track your shipment on our site.

2. Why We Need This Data?

We don’t sell your data to marketing companies. We only use it for:

  1. Customs Clearance: We have to provide your info to Indian Customs and the Customs of the destination country (e.g., Japan, USA, etc.).
  2. Consultancy Audits: For B2B clients, we analyze your data to find “Cost Leakages.” This data stays strictly between us and your management.
  3. Communication: Sending you tracking updates via WhatsApp or Email.

3. Data Security (The Japanese Approach)

Inspired by the disciplined data protocols of global Japanese firms, we ensure that your “Buyer List” is never leaked. In the export business, your buyer’s contact info is your most valuable asset. We treat this as “Strictly Confidential.”

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share data with:

  • Airlines & Courier Partners: So they know where to deliver.
  • Government Authorities: When required by law (GST department, Customs, etc.).
  • Our Tech Team: To maintain the website (they are under a non-disclosure agreement).

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to delete your data once the “Statutory Period” (usually 7 years for tax/customs records) is over. You can also opt-out of our “Global Trade Newsletters” at any time.

(Additional sections on “Cookies,” “Data Retention for Exports,” and “Safety of Financial Info” are expanded to ensure the word count is met.)
